The dramatic outdoor portraits and some indoor fine art portraits of Shirley's maternity session were shot by Anbujawahar on the outskirts of Colombo, Sri Lanka. When Shirley and her mom contacted us for the traditional bangle ceremony in Colombo, we suggested capturing indoor and outdoor portraits as well. Shirley eagerly embraced the idea and even donned a custom-designed dress for the shoot. The mesmerising Colombo skyline under the spectacular rainy skies during the Golden hour created a perfect backdrop for capturing unforgettable fine art-like images.

We also took a few shots at Shirley's home using indoor lighting setups with Godox AD300 Pro/AD100 Pro and incorporated elements of their home decor. Each image was meticulously edited by Anbu to create a personal touch, making them timeless keepsakes for Shirley and her mom.
