Wedding photography
& film PACKAGES

If you would like to reserve a date for your photography session or wedding, please pay 50% of the agreed upon fee as a retainer. The amount will later be adjusted against the final payment to be made one week before the wedding.


The USB/SSD/Online delivery will take 1 month to 2+ months from the day of shooting. Unlike the traditional photographers we will not be able to deliver the images just after the shoot. we will sort, edit and colour correct the pictures before delivery.


If you are living outside india, online delivery of high resolution pictures.


Only Jpeg high resolution images will be given. NO RAW files shared.


I retain copyright to all the images and will use some of the images on our website and for promoting our work in magazines and exhibitions. As an artist i consider each picture as a piece of art and thus would want to show case it. However, we will not be using it for any commercial purpose. We will not be selling these images and will use the images purely to demonstrate the work that we have done. In cases, where a client does not want the pictures to be displayed anywhere, we will be charging a higher photography fee.

The creative photography album will be designed by me. you will be given the online preview for one iteration if needed.


If the reception pictures are taken by us, we will let you choose the pictures from the delivered DVD.

maximum pages for the reception albums will be 150 pages. if its more than that we need to split in to an additional album.


Shipping the album within INDIA will be free, shipping it to outside india will be charged as applicable shipping cost.

If you should decide to cancel your reservation, the retainer fee is fully refundable if the cancellation is made 90 days or more before the event. If the cancellation is made less than 90 days before the event, the retainer fee is not refundable.


In the unlikely event that ONEIRO Photography is the party cancelling the appointment, the retainer fee is fully refundable.

Within 1 Week:

A set of highlights pictures to be shared.

In 3 to 4 Weeks:

A link with all the colour corrected images for you to choose the album images will be shared. And album selection needs to be done within 2 weeks.
Subject to your approval of songs

Video as per package selected by you with crisp edits & background music

Note: Songs to be provided 7 to 15 days before the start of event 

In 4 to 7 Weeks: 
From the day we receive selected pics from you for Album: Albums designed as per package by our in-house team and will be sent as a link for your approval before printing.


Note: Album selection to be done within 14 days from the day we send the selection link.

There will be an up charge per sheet for delay in sharing selected pictures for album design as printing & design costs change frequently


PAYMENT TERMS


Payment terms are finalised at the time of order booking itself and strictly follow the payment terms to ensure on-time delivery

50% advance to block shoot dates and 50% balance on the day of final shoot at hall


ADDITIONAL EVENTS/EXTENDED RATES


Each session is for 6 to 8hrs and small session is for 3 to 4hrs

For anytime extended or additional events beyond the schedule of events agreed in the package there will be an additional charge. Kindly finalise a tentative schedule of events i.e.; start and end time before booking with us

• Travel above 50kms will be charged.

• Stay to be arranged by client at hail (if clean rooms and facilities available) or nearby decent hotel. Known places we can arrange the stay and the actual costs reimbursed by the client.

BACK UP (Data Availability)


A soft copy backup of your deliverables is available for 12 months - In case original is lost, duplicate copy can be provided at an additional cost.


FORCE MAJEURE


We shall not be liable for any failure of or delay that such failure or delay is beyond the reasonable control of either parties, materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this contract. A typical list of force majeure events might include war, riots, fire, flood, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, and acts of governmental action prohibiting or impeding any party from performing its respective obligations under the contract.


COPYRIGHTS & USAGE


We reserve the rights to publish the pictures online/print media

If you do not wish for your pictures to be used, an additional fee will be added to your overall package

We never use your images for commercial purpose/selling, it's going to be used only to demonstrate our works to new clients
