Pre wedding photography: Doric Bungalow in Arippu, Mannar, Sri Lanka
We had an absolutely great time shooting at the historic Doric Bungalow located near Mannar, Sri Lanka, for Thusha and Vidhusan's pre-wedding couple portraits session. This memorable occasion was made even more special with the talented collaboration of our video partner, Studio 90 LK. The British-era building, beautifully set against the backdrop of a picturesque beach, offered us a stunning location for our photography shoot on a breezy, windy evening. As the couple, dressed elegantly in black, shared moments of love, warmth, and laughter, we expertly captured their genuine joy through our lenses.
The images were skillfully shot using a Canon EOS R6 and a FujiFilm X100F by Anbujawahar and Yohan, allowing us the creative freedom to explore unique compositions and captivating silhouettes against the breathtaking golden hour sun. This trip marked our very first visit to this particular location, and we were genuinely thrilled to have the opportunity to create these unforgettable portraits, not to mention that we also captured their beautiful church wedding the very next day as well.
